    All wholesale and retail items are processed in certified U.S.D.A. facilities, and stamped accordingly.

    Our ground beef is typically 80-85% lean with healthy fat that binds up the grind for burgers, meatballs or any meal.

    We offer half and whole carcasses for sale butchered and packaged. Whole beef is on average 700 - 800lbs hanging weight, with a 60-70% yield.
