    This bundle is a standard selection of cuts from every part of the animal. This is perfect for families who love eating nose to tail, and trying out different recipes in the kitchen but want roasts that are approachable to cook in a more manageable size (about 2-3lbs per roast).

    This bundle is made for individuals or families who don’t want the added stress of cooking different roasts and cuts that may not be familiar. This bundle keeps all the premium steaks as steaks and all the roasts and tougher cuts ground into ground beef. Bones for broth and organs are left optional.
